I want to say this is more recent, seeing as how the model has an angle tattoo.
Car reminds me of the Eliminator.

the pic might be more recent but the cars build is totally from the late 80's. lack of bumper, smooth hood sides, painted grille around the bars, billet door handles/window cranks, smooth running boards, chopped head light stands, the large commercial headlights, fitted windshield. totally late 80's early 90s
yeah I first thought it was the eliminator coupe.
